AAPICO Águeda was inaugurated by AAPICO Maia in 2017 in order to design, develop and produce safety-critical components in nodular iron for the automotive industry, namely powertrain and engine components. The company is a subsidiary of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited through the 100% equity owned by AAPICO Maia with a paid-up capital of 8 million Euro.

AAPICO Maia, S.A.

AAPICO Maia is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 6 million Euro. AAPICO Maia is located at Rua Jorge Ferreirinha, 679, 4470-314 Maia, Portugal and currently employs 549 personnel in its operation. It is under the management of Mr. Jorge Fesch, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AAPICO Group’s operations in Portugal. AAPICO Maia owns 2 industrial areas that design, develop, produce, and machine safety-critical components in nodular iron for the automotive industry, namely brakes, suspension, powertrain, engine, and steering. The company buys 80 percent of the raw material and services needs in Portugal. All production is exported to markets all over the world, with an incidence of 90% to Europe. Main customers of AAPICO Maia include Volkswagen, Stellantis, BMW, Ford, Daimler, Renault, Continental, and Dana Spicer.

AAPICO Mitsuike (Thailand) Company Limited

AAPICO Mitsuike (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a 33 million baht paid-up capital partnership with Mitsuike Corporation (Japan). The company is responsible for supplying metal stamping parts to Nissan. Located at 99 Moo. 1 Hitech Industrial Estate, T.Banlane, A.Bangpain, Ayutthaya 13160; AAPICO Mitsuike (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is under the management of Mr. Yaochia Chen, General Manager.

AAPICO Precision Company Limited

AAPICO Precision Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of machined automotive parts, such as parts in the transmission systems, power train systems, steering & suspension systems, and wheel hubs. It is a subsidiary of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 205 million baht. Located at 700/16 Moo. 6 Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, T.Nongmaidaeng, A.Muang-Chonburi, Chonburi 20000; AAPICO Precision Co. Ltd. currently employs 205 personnel in its operation – 2 of which are disabled individuals who are eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The company is under the management of Mr. Gao Xue Guang, Chief Operating Officer (COO).

AAPICO Precision Co., Ltd. mainly conducts business with various companies, such as American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM), Auto Alliance Thailand, Dana Spicer, Ford, and GKN Driveline. The parts that the company applied the machining process onto are the forged parts that were made by AAPICO Forging Public Company Limited (another subsidiary company). After the machining process, the parts are then supplied to the customers.

AAPICO Structural Products Co., Ltd. is the company responsible for the process of welding and assembly of chassis frames that will be supplied to Isuzu for their Dmax pick-up truck model. It is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 200 million baht. Located at 700/16 Moo. 6 Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, T.Nongmaidaeng, A.Muang-Chonburi, Chonburi 20000; AAPICO Structural Products Co., Ltd. currently employs 254 personnel in its operation – 3 of which are disabled individuals who are eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The company is under the management of Mr. Yong Prathuangsukh, Chief Operating Officer (COO).

AAPICO Structural Products Co., Ltd. cooperates with AAPICO Amata Co., Ltd. (another subsidiary company) in the manufacturing of chassis frames – AAPICO Structural Products Co., Ltd. is responsible for the welding and assembly process, while AAPICO Amata Co., Ltd. is responsible for the metal stamping process. The finished chassis frames are then supplied to Isuzu.

It’s operations involve the manufacturing and shipment of plastic fuel tank and windshield washer system to Thailand’s leading automotive assembly factories.
