AAPICO Águeda was inaugurated by AAPICO Maia in 2017 in order to design, develop and produce safety-critical components in nodular iron for the automotive industry, namely powertrain and engine components. The company is a subsidiary of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited through the 100% equity owned by AAPICO Maia with a paid-up capital of 8 million Euro.
AAPICO Águeda is located at Avenida das Duas Rodas, 1091 3750-860 Borralha, Águeda, Portugal and currently employs 134 personnel in its operation. The company is under the management of Mr. Jorge Fesch, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AAPICO Group’s operations in Portugal. Main customers of AAPICO Águeda include BMW, Dana Spicer, CIE Automotive, PM, and Linamar.
