AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited

AAPICO Hitech PLC was established in 1996 and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2002. The Company’s main business initially was to design, produce, and install car assembly jigs and stamping dies, and to manufacture OEM automotive parts, including floor parts, cross members, pillars, brackets, clips, and fuel tanks for leading automobile assemblers in Thailand. The Company has since progressed by adding the production of chassis frame components, forging & machining parts, plastic parts and plastic fuel tanks to its manufacturing portfolio.

AAPICO Hitech PLC is operated under the management of Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan, President & CEO and founder of AAPICO Group. The Company’s two factories are located at Hitech Industrial Estate in Ayutthaya province and Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate in Rayong province. Its main customers are Auto Alliance Thailand (AAT), Ford, Isuzu and Toyota.

AAPICO Hitech PLC is comprised of three pillars, namely the OEM Auto Parts Manufacturing Business, Car Dealership Business and the IoT Connectivity & Mobility Business. As of today, the Group comprises 43 subsidiary and associate companies, of which 31 companies are operating in Thailand and 12 companies are located overseas.

AAPICO Hitech Parts Company Limited

AAPICO Hitech Parts Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of pressed and stamped automotive parts, such as floor parts, brackets, cross members, and pillars. It is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 120 million baht. Located at 99/2 Moo. 1 Hitech Industrial Estate, T.Ban lane, A.Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya 13160; AAPICO Hitech Parts Co., Ltd. currently employs 278 personnel in its operation – 2 of which are disabled individuals who are eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The Company is under the management of Mr. Yaochia Chen, General Manager.

AAPICO Hitech Parts Co., Ltd. mainly conducts business with 3 main customers: Auto Alliance Thailand, Nissan, and Toyota.

AAPICO Hitech Tooling Public Company Limited

AAPICO Hitech PLC was established in 1996 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2002. The Company’s main businesses initially were to design, produce, and install assembly jigs, stamping dies, and manufacture OEM auto-motive parts, including floor parts, cross members, pillars, brackets, clips, and fuel tanks. The Company has later progressed to produce plastic, forging, machining, and chassis frame components. In addition to its core operations, the Company has invested in other businesses associated with the automotive industry, namely car dealerships and car navigation system. As of today, the AAPICO Group is comprised of 37 subsidiary and associate companies (27 in Thailand and 10 overseas). The Company’s main customers are leading automotive assemblers in Thailand.

AAPICO Lemtech (Thailand) Company Limited

AAPICO Lemtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of metal stamping parts for automotive and electronic components. It is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid up capital of 40 million baht. Located at 161 Moo. 1 Hitech Industrial Estate, T.Ban lane, A.Bang pa-in, Ayutthaya 13160; AAPICO Lemtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. currently employs 56 personnel in its operation – 1 of which is a disabled individual who is eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The company is under the management of Mr. Yaochia Chen, General Manager.

AAPICO Lemtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. mainly conducts business with 2 main companies: Edscha AAPICO, and Fujikura Electronics. Edscha AAPICO is an associated company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited and the transaction between it and AAPICO Lemtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is for AAPICO Lemtech (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to supply Edscha AAPICO with the necessary components to manufacture their products for the AAPICO Group.

AAPICO Amata Company Limited

AAPICO Amata Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of chassis frames for Isuzu Dmax pick-up truck model, and a manufacturer of complete axle housing for American Axle & Manufacturing (AAM). It is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 800 million baht. Located at 700/483 Moo. 2 Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, T.Bankao, A.Panthong, Chonburi 20160; AAPICO Amata Co., Ltd. currently employs 230 personnel in its operation – 2 of which are disabled individuals who are eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The company is under the management of Mr. Yong Prathuangsukh, Chief Operating Officer (COO).

AAPICO Amata Co., Ltd. mainly conducts business with 2 key customers: American Axle & Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (AAM), and Isuzu Motors Co., (Thailand) Ltd. The manufacturing process of chassis frame that the company supplied to Isuzu involves cooperation with another subsidiary company: AAPICO Structural Products Co., Ltd – specifically, for the welding and assembly processes.

AAPICO Forging Public Company Limited

AAPICO Forging Public Company Limited is a manufacturer of forged automotive parts, such as parts in the transmission systems, power train systems, steering & suspension systems, engine parts, and wheel hubs. It is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 500 million baht. Located at 700/20 Moo. 6 Amata City Chonburi Industrial Estate, T.Nongmaidaeng, A.Muang-Chonburi, Chonburi 20000; AAPICO Forging Public Company Limited currently employs 245 personnel in its operation – 3 of which are disabled individuals who are eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The company is under the management of Mr. Gao Xue Guang, Chief Operating Officer (COO).

AAPICO Forging Public Company Limited mainly conducts business with various companies, such as Auto Alliance Thailand, Dana Spicer, GKN Driveline, NTN, THK Rhythm, and Yamaha. Some of the manufactured forged parts are also subjected to the machining process by AAPICO Precision Co., Ltd. (another subsidiary company) before being supplied to the customers.

Sumino AAPICO (Thailand) Company Limited

Sumino AAPICO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a company established by a joint venture between Sumino Kogyo, Japan and AAPICO Hitech PCL with an investment value of 350 million baht. The company located at Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi province operates under the management of Mr. Hiroshi Namba, which employs a total of 130 employees including 1 disabled in response to the conglomerate’s policy of providing opportunities for jobs and income. Sumino AAPICO (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of metal stamping parts such as automotive component holder, Seat cushions holder, Brakes component holder, and more which has two major customers, Auto Alliance (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Mazda Powertrain Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
