Purem AAPICO Company Limited is the joint venture between AH and Purem International GmbH to produce exhaust emission control systems and components for commercial vehicles and passenger cars. Purem holds a 51% stake while AH owns the remaining shares.
AAPICO Avee Sdn Bhd is the first OEM auto parts manufacturing business in Malaysia to produce hot-pressed forming parts for Proton cars. AH acquires a 60% stake while Proton Group owns the remaining shares.
AAPICO Hitech Automation Co., Ltd.
AAPICO Hitech PLC was established in 1996 and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 2002. The Company’s main business initially was to design, produce, and install car assembly jigs and stamping dies, and to manufacture OEM automotive parts, including floor parts, cross members, pillars, brackets, clips, and fuel tanks for leading automobile assemblers in Thailand. The Company has since progressed by adding the production of chassis frame components, forging & machining parts, plastic parts and plastic fuel tanks to its manufacturing portfolio.
AAPICO Hitech PLC is operated under the management of Mr. Yeap Swee Chuan, President & CEO and founder of AAPICO Group. The Company’s two factories are located at Hitech Industrial Estate in Ayutthaya province and Amata City Rayong Industrial Estate in Rayong province. Its main customers are Auto Alliance Thailand (AAT), Ford, Isuzu and Toyota.
AAPICO Hitech PLC is comprised of three pillars, namely the OEM Auto Parts Manufacturing Business, Car Dealership Business and the IoT Connectivity & Mobility Business. As of today, the Group comprises 43 subsidiary and associate companies, of which 31 companies are operating in Thailand and 12 companies are located overseas.
AAPICO Hitech Parts Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of pressed and stamped automotive parts, such as floor parts, brackets, cross members, and pillars. It is a subsidiary company of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited with a paid-up capital of 120 million baht. Located at 99/2 Moo. 1 Hitech Industrial Estate, T.Ban lane, A.Bang Pa-in, Ayutthaya 13160; AAPICO Hitech Parts Co., Ltd. currently employs 278 personnel in its operation – 2 of which are disabled individuals who are eligible for hire by the company due to the Group’s policy to give disabled individuals opportunities to support themselves financially. The Company is under the management of Mr. Yaochia Chen, General Manager.
AAPICO Hitech Parts Co., Ltd. mainly conducts business with 3 main customers: Auto Alliance Thailand, Nissan, and Toyota.
