- Established Vroom Company Limited with registered capital of Baht 1 million and a shareholding of 100%. In December 2019, Vroom increased its registered capital to Baht 100 million. As a result, the Company’s shareholding decreased from 100% to a 40% joint venture of the Company, distributing and retailing of KTM, Husqvarna and Bajaj
