Current customers of AAPICO group includes Nissan, AAT, Toyota, Honda, Isuzu, General Motors and other major auto brands. AAPICO ITS is working under the umbrella of AAPICO’s heritage and corporate culture. AAPICO ITS was registered in 2004 with privileges granted from The Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) to invent software and digital map for car navigation system. AAPICO ITS invested more than 100,000,000 Baht (USD 290,000) in research and development to build car navigation map and engine (software). Various resources have been used to develop the most useful features in car navigation. AAPICO ITS collaborates with NAVTEQ, the world’s leading provider of digital map, and Maction Tech, the first name in Taiwan and Asia in navigation engine development, to speedily localize car navigation features for the Thai market initially and extending to the ASEAN market in the near future.
