Subject: Impersonation of AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited for Fraudulent Purposes

AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited hereby issues this announcement to inform and warn the public that there have been incidents of individuals fraudulently impersonating the Company’s name and email addresses to conduct deceptive activities through online channels, including personal email accounts, LINE, and social media platforms. These fraudulent acts are intended to unlawfully obtain personal information and/or financial assets, such as requesting copies of national identification cards, house registration documents, or payment of job application fees.

For your security and protection, please carefully verify the following before responding to any communication:

Sender’s email address: Official communications from the Company will only be sent from email addresses ending with xxxx.x@aapico.com.
No fees policy: The Company does not charge any fees or request any money transfers under any circumstances. Any request for payment should be regarded as fraudulent.
Request for documents: The Company will request personal documents only through official Company email addresses as stated above, or during an interview conducted at the Company’s premises.

AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the actions of fraudsters or third parties.
