Quality Statement :  AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited is committed to achieving the status of a "World class manufacturer of automotive products" and dedicated to total customer satisfaction through :

AAPICO Hitech Public Company Limited will follow the ISO/TS 16949:2002 standards in establishing it's Quality Management System. (QMS)

Core Competencies (S,Q,D,C,E,M) : AAPICO’s core competency is manufacturing and our vision is to be an Excellent Manufacturing Company based on the following principles:

Oracle ERP : In order to attain the highest quality standards AAPICO Hitech implemented Oracle ERP on September 4th, 2006 Oracle ERP system is the latest computer based technology in Supply Chain Management. AAPICO Hitech is the 1st manufacturing company in Thailand to implement the Oracle ERP system on top of Lean Manufacturing. AAPICO Hitech’s investment will eliminate waste and reduce risk in the supply chain management for the benefits of all our customers. AAPICO Group is currently working to implement the Oracle ERP system into other companies under its control.

Toyota Production System (TPS) : The philosophy which organizes manufacturing and logistics at Toyota, including interactions with suppliers and customers. The main goals of the TPS are to: design out overburden (muri), smooth production (mura), and eliminate waste (muda).

Lean Manufacturing : Modeled after the Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing strives to eliminate waste, improve quality and production time and reduce costs. An additional approach of Lean Manufacturing is to improve the ‘flow’ or smoothness of work and eliminate the waste.

Six Sigma : We have Black Belts using Six Sigma technique to solve problems.
    •  Continuous efforts to reduce variation in process outputs
    •  Manufacturing and business processes can be measured, analyzed, improved and controlled
    •  Achieving sustained quality improvement requires commitment from the entire organization, particularly from top-level
        management

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) : In this system, the machine operator performs most, sometimes all, of the routine maintenance tasks themselves. There are 5 goals:
    1. Maximize equipment effectiveness.
    2. Develop a system of productive maintenance for the life of the equipment.
    3. Involve all departments that plan, design, use, or maintain equipment in implementing TPM.
    4. Actively involve all employees.
    5. Promote TPM through motivational management.

World Class Manufacturing (WCM) : In order for our organization to thrive and develop continuously, it is necessary to elevate our management tools to a new level. AAPICO Group is implementing “World Class Manufacturing” to ensure sustainable continuous improvement. Our Roadmap of "World Class Manufacturing" Awards will be certified by JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance). The 5 steps are: Excellent Award, Consistent Award, Special Award, Advanced Award and World Class Award.
The corporate WCM office is at AAPICO Plastics Public Limited company in Samutprakarn, operational from 1st July 2008. All companies in the group will implement World Class Manufacturing as a strategic tool, with the full support of top management.
